I don't trust any laptop with an Intel Atom, I do not recommend one. It just not fast enough, even for everyday browsing. Then again, that's just my two cents :)

If you're going for video editing, you need a powerful CPU, in my eyes, the i7 6700HQ seems to be the best choice here, and the most recent one as well (apart from the 6300HQ). There will be a slight increase in speed from the other models, yes :)

Personally, I prefer Asus or MSI. My friend owns a weaker MSI, with an i5 and a gtx 950m and it's a pretty solid laptop. Again, from a personal standpoint, I would go for the MSI one, those juicy 16GB of ram can't be ignored :p

So, sennheiser is the right choice? One thing I'm not comfortable with is the fact that the cable is not made of fabric, but plastic, or is it fabric ?
