That didn't work. That was one of the first things that Dell had me try. They have also had me pull the battery overnight and reinstall it the next day to see if that cleared it.

I bought a brand new Dell Inspiron 15 a few days ago. When I unboxed it, I did all of the updates for both Windows and Dell. I managed to load my photos, etc. from my old laptop and downloaded Webroot and Guild Wars 2. As soon as my download was done, my laptop found a couple of new software...
