I know where the application is. It's in my AppData. But I cannot delete it. It keeps saying the application is still running.

I was playing a game, and suddenly I started to Lag. I restarted my PC, and there was some update installing. But the problem still continued. I opened up my Task Manager and saw "taskcon.exe (32 bit)" was using upto 90%+ of my CPU. When i try to End the Process, it comes back. I did a Scan also...
