Question Laptop won't charge on a Sunday

Did the behavior (not charging on Sunday) begin when the new battery was installed? In any case, where did you get the battery? On Sundays does anything else change? Maybe the electrical outlet - either directly or indirectly? For example do you move to another room or location to work...

    ASUS 12gb RAM scam?

I think so. I googled "soldered RAM images" and found several links. For example: http://www.insidemylaptop.com/complete-disassembly-of-asus-x555l-x555u-series/ Very much appears similar to the image you provided. What OS is on the laptop? Check system specs for 12 GB RAM. Or you can run...

Solved! DriverEasy seems fine to me

I have problem "X". I google for problem "X". Far too many websites out there that show up with a downloadable solution for problem "X". Those same websites show up no matter what "X" might actually be. With lots of other clickbait links.... Avoid such sites.

Solved! USB transfers files to a "DEVICE" inside it and creates a shortcut to a drive

At the print shop did you give the USB drive to anyone and let the drive go "out of sight"? Or did you just plug the USB drive into a printer and print out some documents yourself? Seems strange that any meaningful virus would reveal itself in such a manner; i.e., moving and hiding files...

received mail deleted... on outlook 365

Contact that person and request that they resend their replies to you. And I do not understand why you are using a browser to "go to the message"? Have you set up any Rules in Outlook 365? Go to the Rules icon to check/manage the Rules and Alerts. You may have set up some conflict.

Solved! USB transfers files to a "DEVICE" inside it and creates a shortcut to a drive

What make and model USB drive? Where did the drive come from? Has the drive been plugged into other computers? Did you download any files directly to the USB device?

    Solved! Mass Notification Software

Will offer some initial comments to get things started. Most email programs (e.g. Outlook) permit you to establish a contact list targeted to a select group of individuals. So that capability may already exist and will cost nothing to implement per se. Just someone taking the time to...

"something went wrong while trying to turn on spatial sound" Dolby Atmos

Such things are not uncommon. Especially with drivers of any sort.

"something went wrong while trying to turn on spatial sound" Dolby Atmos

If the audio works for 1-2 weeks then there must be some other factor(s) involved. A "perfect storm" so to speak of things that occur frequently enough perhaps in some combination, to disrupt the audio. When the problem occurs check Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer for error...
