    Actually if you formated all partitions including system reserved , you can throw ur toshiba laptop away and buy new one,there

    i have fresh and clean win 7 cd, and that not allow me start setup, that say ''operating system not found, please press ctrl,alt,del to restart pc'' or other message that something not found or covered by iso standart patents.i formated everything,fully all partitions.i tried request on toshiba...

    toshiba probably only 1 company which making mad,well i mean after formating all partitions there no any way to instal windows again
