no, they are not the same, MS security essentials is horrible, however bitdefender is one of the best, if not the best. and i am pretty sure that MS security essentails gets turned off automatically by windows to stop the interferance between the two programs

you will be better off getting a 1080p camera, that is really good quality. you can get better 1080p cameras(sharper and clearer) than 4k cameras.

i know you can do that on steam, you can even transfer them on a usb stick. i would imagine that you could do that on origin
