Make sure your router wifi settings are configured correctly. Try removing encytpion on your wifi and try connecting again. Or if your router has a WPS button try connecting with WPS- Randy Appo

Go into settings,>wireless settings> wi-fi settings, then hold down the network you are trying to connect to and forget network. Then try connecting again to the network- Randy Appo
