It is paid for but I got it used and the last owner never took it off there account which is why at&t won't help I know it can be jailbroken but wondering if there's another way to get the unlock code is all- randyr8351

At&t galaxy s7 edge can't get at&t to help and Verizon said buy a Verizon one can anyone help I'm having enough trouble truing to root my note 3 model n-900v which is ridiculous- randyr8351
