    scaramble channel is on and off

    Scramblled channel shows and shows dcam expired. Message not showing 3 month extended date ,when i connect again scramblled channrl gone ,or restrart dish receiver,sor please guide me ,this problem occours when i purchase new cccam. .most urgent
