Looking for a cheap laptop under $300 (prefer AMD, since I heard they have better price/perf, but intel is fine, too). I'm basically just gonna use it for general web-browsing and maybe some light gaming with games like CS:GO and Overwatch. Nothing too crazy, just at least 40 fps at 720p low...
