    i want to buy a laptop in budget of 35K i have choose two Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Linux) and another is Toshiba Satellite M840-X4213 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win7 HB). suggest me which one is better operating system is not a issue to me
