    My Acer laptop has a problem with a Hardware change or a software change

    My laptop wont boot up at all it keeps saying there is a problem with a hardware change or software change when i turn it on it shows the loading page then it goes blue screen beeps alil then crashes then starts back up and repeats it. Please help me
