It's possible that your sd card is corrupted. Have you tried usng a card reader and connecting it to your pc?

I would go for Asus zenfone 2 because of its hardware. It's atom cpu perfoms better than the snapdragon 801 and it also has 1 gigabyte of RAM more. Which is nice if you're into mobile gaming. Other things like picture quality are pretty much the same. edit: I looked up the benchmarks again and...
