    Thank you I will try that, but could I also try getting a new battery? I don't know if that would solve the problem. If so where do you think I should get a new battery. Thank you!

    Solved! my lgk10 phone won't turn on

    I yesterday was using my phone and then I left it alone for a couple of minutes, when I came back it shut down.My phone's battery was about 36% when I was using it. I tried holding the power button for about 20 seconds but nothing happened.
