Is the i3-380 m and the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 2GB better than the intel i3-4330 by itself and so how well will both record and play minecraft and tf2

i want a laptop that can skype record and play minecraft all at once i know their are laptops at the price i have the can because of family have them but they dont remember what laptop it is if you could stick with asus it would help and it has to have at least 6gb andd 750gb hdd thanks for the help
