    Samsung 270E cant enter Bios

    i have samsung NP270E4E and i want to format it but i cant get to bios. i tried ECS to F12 still nothing if i press F2 it goes to Windows Boot Manager and the only selectable option is Window 7 (my running OS) and Windows Memory Diagnostic
