    That's probably because your GPU is way too weak for GTA 5. Even if you drop your settings to low and play on 1280x720 you will probably not get 30fps.

    Try deleting your drivers by using something like driver sweeper, and install the newest ones from the nvidia home page. If that doesn't help, you might have a hardware issue.

    You should theoraticaly have 2 gt 755m in SLI. Make sure you have both cards enabled.
