Just to note if you use anything other than acer factory reset, and it needs a repair they will charge you to factory reset, i.e rebuild hdd to factory before they'll repair

Just use the acer factory reset, alt + f10 at boot

Do you have a pc you can connect the ssd to,install win 10, put it in laptop then reset the win 10 install to default, which will remove drivers and reinstall laptop ones

The windows on it was it a self install or factory install, reason i ask is if its factory have you tried acer recovery
