I think you're dead wrong about charging speed on edge plus 23. There's no way you only were able to get 0%-16% in 15 minutes and 32% at 30 minutes of charge with the 68w charger. That looks just wrong. I think you may want to redo and update. 0% to 70% is about 25 minutes from my testing...
