    If radeon is fine for you, you can take an HD 7870 or 7970; or Geforce 670/760, 8GB ram with intel core i5 4460 or i5 3210m for $800 i think is possible x) With that, you will play it 120 fps. You play only CS:GO ? So just take an i3 i enough

    You can find a laptot with $500 running CS:GO with 80fps. This game is really well optimized A gtx 750ti or 650 with 8GB ram is enough :D
