So I have a Qnet mobile phone which I shut down to save battery. When I open it again is starts to optimize apps then gets stuck on the ‘Android is starting’ mode. I’ve tried to shut it down multiple times but it opens up again and restarts the process again. Please if someone can help me ;-...
