Spec comparing, who wins? The MSI has 16gb ram. the razer has half that. Portability, who wins? The MSI is thinner and lighter Gaming, who wins? Its a draw they have the same gpu. tho due to the processor difference the MSI may edge ahead in cpu intensive games...
