Ah Excellent okay! To bad you had those issues, I have had none with my. Although I had one issue with my G35 where the plastic holding the earpiece came loose, but they replaced it under warranty. If you are not in a hurry for a headset, I can let you know once the G933 gets shipped how it is...

I pre purchased the G933, I had the G930 before and loved it, so although I am not familiar with other headsets it could also be something to look at.

If it works, and I am not sure it will, what cable are you using with your Monitor, I would guess it will have to be HDMI or DP and not DVI. More than that I have no clue.
