    Question my laptop doesn't turn on

    my laptop doesn't turn on sometimes. i have to remove the battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds and turn on . and it doesn't work all the time too. and most of the times when i try to plug a usb , laptop turns off unexpectedly. please help
