    Thanks for replying. 5+ GB is on Internal Storage. I guess one thing I could possibly do is take a picture with my Tablet of the Storage and post it.

    my mom has a IPAD Air ME906LL/A, I did some research and seems to be this IPAD will not update beyond 12.5.5 IOS? Any truth to that? I believe it, but just want to know others thoughts?
