HDMI on Inspiron is 1.4a. The only limitation is 30Hz? Is not for display movies or Games, just dense windows of graphics and text. Can a HDMI to DisplayPort Adapter solve the refresh to achieve 60Hz?

Hi, I want to connect my new Dell Inspiron 7000 15" to a 27" 4K Monitor like Samsung or Dell. This Inspiron doesn´t come with Display Port, so can i have 4k on external Display? And the combination ATI/Intel HD cards can output a full desktop of 4k x 2 ( 4k on each display)? . Thanks!, Rob
