I agree. If you can not resolve this issue then you should do a completely clean install of Windows and delete all of the existing partitions on your hard drive.

Why would anybody want to constantly update drivers? That sounds like a crazy concept. Uninstall that software immediately.

Can you take JPG pictures with your smartphone? I use Android phones and all of my pictures are JPG files and I do not have any orientation issues.
