Hello, I set my maximum memory in msconfig (it was a mistake) really low and now when i restart my laptop [Windows 10] it doesnt boot up. Pls help I tried going to safe mode but that doesnt work and i tried using cmd but it says 'not enough memory resources are available to process this...
