the driver I installed does not show up in device manager . But in Bluetooth section only generic driver shows up

cannot enable bluetooth

Hello guys I have an hp d103tx with windows 8 pro 64 bit but I cannot connect any Bluetooth device because I cannot turn on my Bluetooth in the pc setting plse help
