sury u can run the game at nice settings but the game recomends a fx 8350 an 8 core cpu urs is only a 6 core one due to the massive open world its might show some very little bottle neck since gtx 780 is enough for it @ 1080 60 fps recomended by developer your ram is 8 gb no problems at all...
