I have no idea , its a notebook

Hello every one! I have an issue with my HP pro book 4740s. My system is running on intel hd graphics even if if disable it in device manager. I can not play a single game on my notebook because my system wont allow me to use it. Please help! Thanks ;) i believe its radeon 7450m not sure...
