Hi All! With the release of 320.18 drivers the issue practically solved.

Tried vsync-on, off,adaptive all the same. I can't max out at 60 fps in every game but tried lowering graphics, the issue persists.

Hi, I have exact same issue with Asus 650 Ti boost, tried on different pc same shit. Everything began when I changed from Vapor-x HD 7770 to 650 Ti boost, on Ati card I had nothing of the kind.Still desperately searching for solution, but unfortunately it seems no one really knows what causes...
