    re-install your computer or install an older version of firefox on ftp.mozilla.org and also I prefer chromium on google chrome

    You can re-install your computer (do backups) or uninstall some programs. You can also remove components in Firefox. Also, try to scan your computer with more antivirus. Or reset Firefox.
