Just bought a Asus touch screen Model Q501LA BB15t03 and found when I got it home there is no direct disc load or Optical drive. Why? I just assumed it would have these -- can't even play DVD's or load some of my software??? Very disappointed in this laptop and will be returning it tomorrow...
