That's not true the safety mode option that verizon offers to ALL CUSTOMERS is FREE once you hit your selected 4g data limit slows you down to 2g-3g speeds also there is CARRYOVER DATA that gives you the 4g data that you DIDN'T USE BUT PAYED FOR BACK FOR YOUR USE THE NEXT MONTH... in my opinion...
