Send help, I am pulling my hair out over this. My router is fine (hitting it didn't solve it), but the internet is still AGONIZINGLY SLOW on the PC. Internet speed is great on the phone. What could be causing this? (laptop model: ASUS X551C, Win. 8.1)

My left arrow key is no longer working. Restarted and tried again, does not work. Up, down and right arrow key does work normally. The left keyboard was working completely normally. I don't want to waste cash on a new keyboard, so is there a really easy quick fix? (Asus X551C, Windows 8.1)
