Hi I can’t get into safe mode .... the keyboard doesn’t work at all, and using the Bluetooth keyboard (even if connected by usb) doesn’t seem to work at this point ... nothing I press on the Bluetooth keyboard has any impact at all. Thanks for the suggestion though! Roxy

Have had Lenovo yoga 2 laptop for 3 years never any issues ..., today the display got stuck in portrait mode & I lost use of my keyboard. Have sorted the display (only by locking the rotate function ... it defaults to portrait if I unlock) but the keyboard is totally unresponsive. No keys work...
