Ok so resetting my phone changing hot spot password and name of my hotspot worked for like 20 minutes till they did it again to my phone now it does not work again it says it’s connected but does not work anyone else have a ideal how they can do this remotely

How does the tv work hooked to cable or open air channels if it does same thing I would say tv is going out

No one has my hit spot info not even my wife by resetting g phone will I lose my phone numbers and pics as well as documents I have stored on phone
