    Laptop won't start

    Last night when I shut down my system,Dell Inspiron 14, won't start now, no display, no sound.. Only the power LED, charging LED are glowing. The CD drive LED is not glowing. The customer care over the phone says the mother board has gone. :( Plz help in diagnosing the problem.
