    How are you supposed to get your port number.

    Ports are used to identify specific applications running on a host. For example, a web server uses the port 80. Here you have more info about ports: http://geek-university.com/ccna/tcp-and-udp-ports/ To find out ports used by your system, open Command prompt and run the netstat -an command.

    Try holding volume UP and power button when powering up the phone, it should take you to recovery mode where you can perform factory reset.

    Also, check temperature sensor on your CPU and GPU and ventilation system, artifacts on screen are often connected with overheating issues.
