how do I reset my Dell n5010 to factory setting without a password or disk. I also do not have access to another computer
I have a Dell inspirion N5010 that I got from a friend she has forgotten the password and I want to reset it to the factory settings. every time I boot up and press f8 I get the repair computer screen. then it asks for a password I don't have. how do I bypass this without a disk or USB flash drive!- ruthierutledge
