    It happened to me also. First copy all the files like music,books and other that you need. Then go to settings and factory reset your phone. After that switch it on and you will get a screen telling you to choose language,wifi connection and then it will tell you to login with google...

    can't logout out of facebook on chrome but can on other browsers and the app. the menu button is not working so I can logout.

    You can do this. Settings>apps> chrome Then click clear data. All saved passwords will be deleted

    I've heard of it. Is your sd card being recognised. If yes there should be an option in setting to make sd card the default memory location

    Which phone do u have? You can try app2 sd or any similar app that does the same to music

    HTC ONE isn't starting

    Google how to open boot loader.Go to recovery there and delete your dalvik cache and cache partition and restart. If it doesn't work post back with detail on what you did with the phone(did u try rooting or anything beacause it happened to me).
