Okay, I got it where it works, but now it says the drive where windows is installed is locked

USB is not showing up at all. Give me just a second and I'll load a picture

CD drive is fine, I used it yesterday

I do have a DVD with windows on it, however, when I put it in to boot it, it doesn't do anything. I can't even find it listed under boot options, same thing with USB

Every time I start my computer it just says an operating system wasn't found, and restarts. Then it pops up again. I reformatted it through recovery, where it says remove everything.

Help! I just got a computer about 4 months ago. Last night I decided to reformat my computer, and when I came home, it says 'an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system.' I tried to go into it to change the boot order to run my CD...
