    Turning on Sceptre x40 TV with Chromecast using hdmi-cec

    I am trying to find out if my Sceptre x40 tv has hdmi cec. I am trying to turn on the tv using a google chrome cast hdmi stick, Chromecast is suppose to be able to turn on a tv that has hdmi cec and so far I have not been able to do it.
