Well after a lot of experiments I found the solution. I just needed to change the encode from UTF-8 to ANSI.

So I used my USB to watch a movie on my LG TV, movie and subtitles with the same name in the same folder. I open the menu on my TV, browse the movie which it starts normally but the subtitles actually can be read(that they exist at least...) but they are showed as weird unreadable characters and...
