I use PlayMemories Home to import my videos from my Sony Video Camera Model HDR-XR520 to my PC (WIN10). My setting is to import videos into folders by date taken. Previously the date format of the folders was: year-month-day (eg. 2018-11-27). That sorted the folders conveniently by year taken...
