    New Laptop with Windows 8.1 hangs while using wifi internet

    My New Toshiba Laptop with Windows 8.1hangs while using wifi internet. Configuration 3.4GB RAM, AMD 2Ghz processor, 500MB graphic card. My laptop hangs continously it is very difficult to doo basis task in it what is the reason?
