It depends on your use.If you dont do that much gaming or heavy multitasking then go for 4gb. While if you dont need that much space at all then go for 8gb ram.

just buy asus x205ta or hp stream 11 instead of chromebook,which are windows laptops.You can only use google chrome in chromebook i.e you are very limited.

You cant do that but you may have laptops like Asus x205ta ,Hp stream 11 ,Hp stream 13 ,Hp stream 14.Which run on windows but they dont have pretty much fast processors.But at least you will be able to do more gaming on them instead of chromebook.

i want to know the the difference in the processor(pentium one only) and their graphics details.I am little bit confused.The i only thing i know is that 3542 is the latest(i think so) and maybe better too.

Any answer? As far as i have searched i have found dell inspiron 3542 with haswell celeron/pentium processor.The celeron 2995u can play games like watch dogs, grid, GTA IV , NFS Rival at low setting.You can see it on youtube.Atleast good enough for me.
