So about the late reply but it's probly an issue with your video driver. So your gonna have to re-install the video drivers.
Do you know what the Service tag of your system is? And what type of laptop do you have
I had the same problem but with a differnt phone but it i think it will work for this phone as well.
1. Turn of the phone
2. Hold Volume up and Volume down and the power button (until it vibrates)
3.When you see the android logo let go of the buttons

It could be your screen refresh rate to change that:
Right click on Desktop main screen. click properties,click settings,click advanced,click monitor and then set your screen Refresh rate ( try at 85 Hertz or a step less)
