    I need to complete a total factory reset, get all my info off computer. I have an aspire v5-531p/571p. Any help?

    I have an aspire v5-531p/571p and I do not have the disc it may have came with. I need to do a complete factory reset so none of my information is on the computer. Any help? Alt/f10 did not work!
